The president of the Cluster Saúde de Galicia,Rocío Mosquera, has given an extensive interview to El Correo Gallego on the occasion of the  IV Forum RIES19 in A Coruña on Silver Economy. In it she affirms that «aging in Galicia is a fact, a challenge and a business opportunity».

Rocío Mosquera recalls that the percentage of people over 65 in Galicia today is what Europe expects on average by 2030. «We are a community small enough to try things but big enough to have a significant target population “, she explains. That is why “everything we develop here is going to be very easily sold out.”

The president of the CSG emphasizes that the IV Forum RIES19 has a “frankly attractive” program and speakers “that will really contribute to our companies.” She defines this event of October 23rd and 24th as a showcase for Galician companies to expose their innovative projects and also attract funding. “In Galicia there are many micropymes that do very good things and with great projection but are not able to reach investors, or investors are not able to reach them,” she says.
